Hi There

I’m Aline Fiuza — a chef, nutritionist, and certified Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant with over 20 years of experience helping people heal through food.

But my journey didn’t start in a kitchen. It started in Brazil, with a wine glass in my hand and stomach pain I couldn’t explain.

While studying to become a sommelier, I discovered that good wine needs good food — and that curiosity led me to cooking. Around the same time, I was quietly battling chronic stomach ulcers. I spent nearly a decade cycling through medications and doctor visits without ever finding real relief.

When I moved to Australia and became a certified chef, my relationship with food deepened. I was no longer just focused on flavor — I became fascinated by what food could do for the body. That curiosity led me to study Ayurveda, the ancient science of life. It was there that I began to understand my symptoms, my patterns, and the root of my illness. Instead of suppressing my pain, I started listening to it. I changed how I ate, how I lived — and I healed.

That experience changed everything. I knew I didn’t want to just cook beautiful food — I wanted to cook purposeful food.

I later moved to Los Angeles and began working with private clients, bringing together culinary skill, Ayurvedic insight, and functional nutrition to create healing, bio-individual meals. Every dish I made had a reason behind it — and I saw what could happen when food is aligned with the body’s needs.

One of the most meaningful experiences in my career was working with a five-year-old girl with a severe autoimmune condition. Her mother chose a natural healing path, and alongside their naturopath, I brought the plan to life through food. Within months, her transformation was undeniable.

Today, I work as the private chef for actor Channing Tatum. My role includes everything from cooking meals to crafting healing tonics, juices, adaptogenic gummies, and fermented drinks based on how his body is feeling that day. It’s intuitive, personalized, and deeply intentional — and that’s exactly how I believe healing should be.

Now, I’m channeling everything I’ve learned into Flouriza — a space where I teach others how to heal through food. Whether you’ve just received a dietary protocol and don’t know what to do next, or are dealing with gut issues, food sensitivities, or perimenopause chaos, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body and your kitchen.

Let’s turn confusion into clarity — and your meals into medicine.

My Career Journey

After graduating from culinary school, I landed what felt like a dream role at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat — a luxury, eco-certified wellness retreat in Australia’s Gold Coast Hinterland, set within a digital-detox, holistic environment focused on organic living, spa therapies, and longevity programs. There, I crafted seasonal, organic, nutrient-dense menus designed for guests with allergies and specific therapeutic needs. I worked side by side with the in-house naturopath and nutritionist, which deepened my understanding of therapeutic nutrition and taught me how to truly support the body’s healing process through food.

After moving to Los Angeles, I built a private chef practice focused on creating personalized meals for clients with autoimmune conditions, food allergies, weight loss goals, and plant-based lifestyles. Alongside this, I developed recipes for wellness brands, led nutrition lectures, and taught cooking classes — all grounded in functional nutrition and a deep respect for individual needs.
