Flourish Menu Subscription

As a woman in perimenopause, I did what most of us do when trying to understand what is going on in our bodies: I went to doctors, talked to friends, listened to podcasts, read books, and tried supplements, HRT, and new workout routines. Every new thing helped for the first month, but by the third month, I felt just as bad—if not worse. So I went back to the one thing I know works: food and lifestyle.

As a chef, nutritionist, and Ayurvedic practitioner, I believe food is medicine. I changed my eating habits and my beliefs about my body and health. For the past six months, I’ve been eating in sync with my cycle, using specific teas to support estrogen and progesterone, targeted probiotics to help my gut process hormones, and adjusting nutrients to my body’s needs. I’m still in perimenopause—but now I am not fighting it. I am embracing it, and I can say that perimenopause has changed me in a good way.

The biggest lesson was understanding that for my body to work as it used to, I need to give it what it needs now. To help women like me who are overwhelmed by all the “shoulds” and “should nots,” and exhausted and decision-fatigued from trying to implement all of it, I created this monthly menu subscription. It is built around your body’s needs in each phase of your cycle, with the goal of stabilizing insulin, reducing inflammation, supporting hormone metabolism, lowering cortisol, and helping weight normalize naturally.

The menus are designed with one main cooking day, with light cooking every other day, and meals are intentionally rotated and reused so you’re not cooking all the time or bored with the same food all week. If you think this would help you, as I know it would, subscribe below.

Note: If you’re feeding a family, you simply double the recipes. The point is not perfection—it’s consistency, simplicity, and nourishment that actually fit into your life.
