This is not a one-size-fits-all plan; it is a highly personalized, comprehensive program designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you to where you want to be. Rooted in the synergy of Ayurvedic wisdom, modern nutrition science, and real-life practicality, our work together is structured in three purposeful phases. Each phase is crafted to translate deep personal insight into practical, sustainable change, ensuring the results you achieve last well beyond the program itself.

We dedicate three months to this journey because true physiological transformation requires a dedicated cycle of deep restoration. It takes time for your hormones to shift, for your gut to recalibrate, and for new habits to feel natural and nourishing. These 12 weeks give us the space to reset your body’s rhythms, support your digestion, rebuild your energy, and help you feel like you again — not just temporarily, but for good.

We start with a comprehensive deep-dive into your health story. This is where I get to know you—your current health concerns, your goals, your relationship with food, your routines, your lifestyle, your digestion, your energy patterns, and more. Through a combined lens of Ayurveda and modern nutrition, we map out the terrain before we begin the journey. This session sets the foundation for everything that follows.

🍽️ Phase 2: Putting It Into Practice

Now we take what we’ve uncovered—and turn it into delicious, nourishing action.

Option 1: Weekly Menus + Recipes
You’ll receive weekly meal plans crafted specifically for your health goals, lifestyle, work schedule, and cooking ability. Every week includes:

  • Customized menus

  • Nutritionally aligned recipes

  • Organized grocery lists

  • Practical support to make it all doable

Option 2: Personal Chef Partnership
Prefer to outsource the cooking? I’ll collaborate with a trusted personal chef who will prepare and drop off meals aligned with your personalized plan.
Note: the cost of the chef and groceries are billed separately.

🤝 Phase 3: Holding Hands

 

(Ongoing 1:1 coaching calls)
As you move through your plan, we’ll meet for 1-hour coaching sessions every other week to assess what’s working, what needs adjusting, and where emotional or behavioral blocks may be holding you back. This is the space to ask questions, get support, and stay accountable. We’re not aiming for perfection—we’re aiming for progress, self-trust, and a life where you can flourish.
